The Killers follow the massive success of their chart-topping album Sam's Town by announcing their biggest ever UK headline dates. These dates are the first to be announced since The Killers' November tour sold out in its entirety in just five minutes. The 2007 tour includes a date at the Manchester Evening News Arena on Saturday, February 17. The Killers are currently riding high following the success of their last single, Bones, which was accompanied by a video by director Tim Burton, in his first ever foray into the world of the pop promo. Bones was the second single from The Killers' second album, Sam's Town, which celebrated three weeks at the top of the UK chart upon release, has already sold over half a million copies in the UK, and has also been a huge success throughout the world, reaching the top spot in four countries so far. * Tickets for next month's MEN Arena gig can be booked on 0870 190 8000. |
