FLINT'S most famous son, Ian Rush, has been inducted into the National Football Museum's Hall of Fame. Rush, who started his career at Chester City before moving on to become one of the greatest goalscorers of all time at Liverpool, was inducted alongside Anfield legends Alan Hansen and Roger Hunt at a glittering ceremony at Liverpool's Crowne Plaza Hotel. Rush, who returned to Chester for a spell as manager between August 2004 and April 2005, has already been named the FA's all-time FA Cup hero this year and in 1999 was named in the Premier League's Hall of Fame Dream Team. |
