Jay added: "We always try to get as much information about them as possible as this can be vital if they become ill. "You will see that in many of the histories I use the word 'apparently' quite a lot.. "This is due to the fact that we have had lies told about some rabbits and have only found out the truth about them by sheer chance. "When people knowingly withhold this information then they are being just as cruel as the people who dumped, hurt, got fed up with or neglected the bun in the first place. "A lot of our buns don't have any history that we can trace down. "But we do try. And even if we can find out a tiny bit of their past then it can actually be a lifesaver. "If we have the room we will take any elderly, disabled or special needs rabbit. We only ask that as much information as possible can be given to us." * For further information on the Gronant bunny home log onto www.ebonyeyes.co.uk dgreenwooddp@hotmail.com |
