THE attorney general is seeking to overturn a jury's decision to clear a North Wales cannabis campaigner.
Tomorrow Jeffrey Ditchfield from Rhyl will appear at the Court of Appeal in London.
It follows concern over the decision by a court to acquit him of charges of possessing cannabis and intending to supply it.
Mr Ditchfield, 49, was found not guilty after a four-day trial at Chester Crown Court a year ago, during which he claimed he would supply the drug only for medicinal purposes.
The charge followed his arrest in September, 2003, when cannabis was found in his car within minutes of his opening his shop Beggars Belief in Rhyl.
