A NORTH Wales MP has pledged his support for a nationwide campaign to end the use of snares to capture and kill wildlife. Alyn and Deeside MP Mark Tami has backed a Parliamentary motion which calls for a ban on the manufacture, sale and use of snares. Mr Tami said: "They are cruel and indiscriminate, injuring and killing protected species like badgers as well as the targeted animals." |
