A NUDIST author last night pleaded with a North Wales council to give naturists a chance. Bare Britain, a book due out on June 5, singles out Newborough Warren on Anglesey as a nudist hotspot. But the beach does not have official nudist reserve status. And the book sparked outrage with the Countryside Council for Wales and Rhosyr Community Council. Nick, 36, who has been a naturist since the age of 18, said: "I am absolutely 100pc against anybody being selfish and offending other people and in a way I am almost pleased the council are looking to act against that. "But if they are saying they are objecting to people outside with no clothes on, then I don't agree with them." |
